Families with children are for ore likely to get a lice infestation because children are at such a great risk. This risk is at its peak between the ages of three and ten. To prevent the further infestation in our communities and families we must use methods to cure head lice.
It is easy to identify a a lice infestation. One of the first signs is that the infected person will begin to have small black specks on their hair and on their pillow cases. This will be far more obvious for people with lighter hair and a lighter colored pillow case. The infected individual will also begin to have 'nits'. These are lice eggs which are glued to the hair and scalp. This will appear similar to dandruff but will not come off easily. Bite marks from the lice, which eat blood, will cause large sores on the scalp and neck. These will itch and in some cases hurt.
